A Severe Weather Emergency Protocol will be coming into effect today. If you are homeless or know somebody whom is homeless, please let them know that this coming into effect and that they need to contact Housing Solutions via the local council to obtain temporary emergency accommodation. This is to prevent deaths from being exposed to the freezing cold weather, which can cause hypothermia.
